TERMS & CONDITIONS
We accept all eligible and unworn merchandise with tags (if applicable) including any vendor handtags, attached within 21 days of the shipment date for a full refund or store credit for all qualifying orders. Returns must be received by Tashi within 21 calendar days of delivery as noted by the order tracking #. To initiate a return, simply fill out attached return form with your order, and if you need another form please email email@example.com.
Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Tashi and product tags attached.
Defective items must be reported within 2 business days and must also be returned within the general return time frame.
Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional shipping box. Shoes returned without their original box, or returned using the original box as the shipping box will be rejected and discarded.
We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages.
Any sent orders being returned back to Tashi will be issued a STORE CREDIT ONLY. There will be no exceptions made.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.
We do not offer exchanges at this time. Please place a new order for the item you are interested in, and simply return any eligible items separately.

All items found in the Sale category, Accessories, Bandeaus, Bodysuits, Bra Tops, Swimwear, Underwear, select items as specified on product pages. and all International/Canada orders.

When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information
